We have been receiving reports from people who have donated to Amigos del Lago, but were then surprised to find that the person who had accepted the donation is not a member of Amigos del Lago. To anyone interested in donating to Amigos del Lago, please be advised that the only people authorized to receive donations are the board members: Sergio Unzueta, Silvina Martinez, Azucena Bateman and Janet Zampieri.

We are publicizing this because we do not want our credibility jeopardized or taken advantage of by those seeking only to line their own pockets.

Regular Public Meeting

Amigos del Lago holds a regular public meeting for people interested in learning more about us or who have ideas for ecological projects they want to work on – 2^nd Tuesday of each month, 6 pm, #27 Paseo Ramón Corona (at the west end of Chapala's malecon, opposite the new mural) For more information, call 765-4117 during office hours (4-6pm).
