The Amigos del Lago website was originally designed by Justus Hauser, our first webmaster, using material from the presentations on Lake Chapala and Sociedad Amigos del Lago de Chapala A.C. for the 7th and 8th Living Lakes Conference, (August 25th 2002 in Johannesburg, South Africa and September 13th 2003 in Norwich, England).

The website was substantially rewritten in December 2006 by the current webmaster, Patrick Stirling. We will continue to add information in future. Many thanks for Eileen Collard and Alicia Córdova for their help.
